In My Sunny Spring Garden

Winter has been too long this year and I am craving warm sunlight...even in my artwork it seems.
My latest abstract: In My Sunny Spring Garden.

This is a 30" x 30"x 1.5" acrylic abstract with a a few hints of gold metallic.Imagine walking through a sunny spring garden....red tulips, yellow daffodils, a hint of white, and sunshine everywhere! This is the world of this painting full of joy. Something new to discover every day between the stems...
This painting has received a layer of varnish to protect it from sunlight and dust. It is already wired and ready to hang.
I love painting abstracts. For my next one, I think I will try to go a bit bigger....

  1. Christiane, this is lovely! I like the abstraction of an identifiable place.

    1. Thank you as always, Mary. I am still quite influenced by realistic work I suppose:-)I found this painting very serene.
